The mission

Our goal was to create a new way to democratise sustainable investing. In partnership with FC Bayern Munich. Leveraging ESG Data, AI learning models and in-house asset management experience we wanted to build a values based scaleable investing platform, initially targeted at FC Bayern Munich supporters to help them invest in what they believe in

The approach

Gathering insights through product discovery

I led the cross-functional team through collaborative research sessions, using desk research, user interviews and surveys to understand more about our target market and user needs. I then developed personas to help align us on what we knew about our segments and their needs.

Designing, testing and iterating with concepts

I ran an initial design sprint with my product and engineering partners to explore ideas on how we could solve some of these needs using the How My We method.

  • Decided what to park, pivot or progress

  • Iterated on the concept further

As we progressed we worked in a dual-track Agile fashion, with continuous discovery feeding the engineering delivery pipeline, enabling us to build to an MVP as we gained confidence in features
